Access - Access
to sport is referred to as, an individual’s opportunity to participate in a
form of activity (Amezdroz et al, 2010).
Equality - Equality is a social state where opportunities, rights and access are the same across individuals and groups (Kiss et al, 2010).
Equity - Equity in sport is the idea of treating all people fairly given their respected situation to the sport already (Amezdroz et al, 2010).
Self-Concept - Self-concept is the whole view someone has of themselves, involving both physical and mental capabilities (Kiss et al, 2010).
Self-Esteem - Self-esteem is how a person feels about themselves, their self worth (Kiss et al, 2010).
Socialisation - Socialisation, is an individual’s continuous learning process and development of social norms and behaviours that are accepted by society (Amezdroz et al, 2010).
Somatotype - The physique of an individual in relation to their body shape, size and natural muscle composition (Liiv, Wyon, Jürimäe, Purge, Suur, Mäestu, Jürimäe, 2013).
